Wash your hands.

Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab.

Turn the dose selector to the number of clicks corresponding to your prescribed dose.

Insert the needle into the skin.

Press and hold the injection button until the dose has been delivered.

Keep the needle in place for several seconds before removing it. (Count 5–10 seconds.)

Remove and safely dispose of the needle in an approved sharps container.

Replace the pen cap and store according to the product’s storage instructions.
